Microchipped.

Out of a matter of interest, how much did you pay to get your dog microchipped.? I never settle with the one price, if i can get it bargained down to less.

I think Ross got a vet down to €25. It's to held Ppl on the site out.

Think it was about 30-40 euro to get my dogs chipped in that place beside the Collage in Athlone.

My location changes from places around the U.S. I'd like to live (mostly CA, AZ or FL)

I'm from Roscommon, just outside the town, Go to Athlone tho because the vet in town are more interested in Sheep than dogs lol

Tara fair play to the DSPCA. dont think that can be beaten. I think they have their own data base too which is very good saves you having to reg the details yourself

Yeah it was very good, and i got tags with their reg numbers on them too :)

Am not sure but I think that the data base used by the DSPCA will also reg your dogs if they have been chipped by your vet. Its would be worth putting your details up coz it might quicken up the process of finding owner if missing dog was handed into the DSPCA.

i pay 20 euro for micro chip and 20 for injections...
not that bad really..
sickins me that there are so called breeders out there that get good money for pups ,,
and couldnt be arsed micro chippin...

worth the 20 or 30 euro in the long run..

thats very good cost me €72 to get two of mine boosters..... would have been €80 only i brought them down together.... think its 40 odd for microchip.

only after seeing tara's post think ill be hitting the dspca so at €15 ya cant go wrong. anyone kno where the dspca is based?

yep they're down at maxi zoo at tescos in finglas today doing the micro-chiping

Yeah if u go on to their webpage they will be at selected maxi zoos. Doing microchipping at €12 :)

yeah james i seen that at 3.30 and it was finishing up at 4 so i would have never made it over by the time i got them all into the car.... lol
