We Didnt Have It Untill De Garda Stopped Us One Day When We Were Out Walkin Them. They Had Nuttin Better Te Do So They Decided Te Harass Us . Told Us To Produce Them & Muzzles .. Said That Muzzles Are Only A €5 Ha Was In Wackers And The Cheapest Decent One They Had Was€ 25 So Only Got The One. Licences Were €60 for 4 Of Them
PRICKS Is The Only Word 4 Them.

well i have mine 3 of them every year since the Dublin city council tried to ban them

im just to mean to get them to be honest. but when im walking him i have the muzzle around the neck because the garda are mad for having lads up in court for it. id have bench warrants cumin out me arse cause there is not a chance id go to court for that.

yeah but its worth it in the end vin stops the hassle , i hate the muzzle thing i think it should be up to the owner to decide if their dog needs a muzzle or not, like with butch id have to put a muzzle on him going out not because of the restrictions but because he 's not good with other dogs but my girls are fine i just leave it round their necks..

Got them once about 2 years ago, 12 yoyo each.. they should do a licence that last the fife time for 20 euro or some shit , not every poxy year

I've got mine :) well I had to get it when the cops stopped me an asked for it and told me I must have the muzzle on a dangerous dog like mine when in public, funny thing was the dog was only 4 months old at the time lol typical ass hole of ****

lol have to agree with you my mate got stopped also and was told to produce her's at the police station when she got there the Sargent laughed at her and thought she was joking about being told to do that. Even some garda don't know the control of dogs act ether way your dog was just of age to get 1 so he couldn't really do much. :D

Its only up to the Gardi to enforce the law. They havent got the power to fine you over your dog, but a dog Warden can and he can confiscate your dogs. I learned that along time ago, i had no muzzle for my dog. The Garda asked me to produce it down in the station at a certain time. I went down and produced it, a Sergent told me its nothing to do with them, its in the Councils power to prosecute me. I got issued with a reminder last wk that my licence has nearly expired, the description of the dog was a small terrier type dog Ive to change it to his description, they do regular checks up my way so whats 12 euro, i think if you have several dogs, you should be entitled to a licence to cover them all... So too members and any dog owners, please be responsible for your pet, have the necessary documents, muzzles etc. Dont give the authorities a reason to stop you. A little common sense goes along way :)

Out here in Culchie land I've seen the grand old total of 1person on my walks with the dogs (The same old farmer, His name is Willie Stroker, I'm seriously not joking ) and I've no licenses for the dogs same as everyone else out here.

I have a license for my staff but not a license for my pitbull pup halle yet..the guards stopped me and asked when i was walking rocky ( white staff) if he was a mastiff or pitbull!!!
